Nest Food Delivery offers two core services within our operational areas:
Currently available only within Nagercoil. We reserve the right to expand or reduce service areas at any time based on demand or operational feasibility.
Monthly subscriptions for Home to Institution services must be paid in full at the beginning of each cycle. Subscription prices vary depending on frequency and distance. No partial or mid-cycle refunds will be issued once service begins. Payments for hotel-to-home delivery must be made at the time of order placement via available digital methods.
Users are responsible for providing accurate address, contact, and delivery details. Any misuse of our platform, including fake orders or abusive language toward staff, will result in account suspension or legal action.
Our team ensures the hygiene and safety of food packaging and transportation. We are not responsible for food quality issues directly related to the hotel or the home kitchen but will mediate if necessary. Delivery personnel are trained for timely and safe handovers.
Nest Food Delivery is an intermediary platform. We are not liable for any health issues or food reactions caused by meals prepared by third parties. Any food safety issues must be reported directly to the source (hotel or home kitchen) with our support team notified for documentation.
Your personal data (address, phone number, order history) is stored securely and used only to provide better service. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
All logos, texts, images, and designs are property of Nest Food Delivery. Unauthorized use of any content for commercial or competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.
Nest Food Delivery reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
